Right here is the most famous shared living building, Chung King Mansion. (It's the same building as mentioned in the movie Chung King Express by Wong Kar Wei)

* I found this very interesting site lately. It not only allows me to stay in touch with what is happening in Hong Kong but also let me see things that I have never pay attention to. Great site to read while I try to learn Japanese! :-)
