椎茸

*Recently I found out most Asian recipes will cook ground meat (ひき肉/挽き肉/挽肉/hikiniku) with onion (tamanegi) and shitake (椎茸). These 3 ingredients (and maybe add Tofu to the list) are things good to have in the kitchen at all time!
