I have been way too busy to even think clearly since my kid's sick. So no, have not been reading or studying Japanese for a long, long time. But I saw these links with wonderful photos and felt I've traveled around the globe for a good 35 minutes!

those are amazing photos...i recently saw a really stunning photo set about the inaugaration that really moved me. whenever i see things like that, they make me wish i was a photographer.... :) (i'm pretty wishy-washy though. whenever i read a particularly glowing restaurant review, it makes me wish i was a restaurant reviewer. whenever I read a good piece of travel literature, it makes me wish i was a travel writer. so on and so forth :P )
I hope your daughter feels better soon! It's nothing serious, I hope!?
You know, I am the same way...
Photographer, furniture designer, illustrator, restaurant reviewer, seamstress... but unlike you, I can't write or take amazing pictures. I guess that's why I am still doing what I am doing after all these years. The only consolation I guess is that bills are paid on time?
The little one is ok and is back to "school" today. Ever heard of rotavirus? It's truly a nightmare for the kids to go through and the parents to handle the mess. And there is no cure for it. :-( So staying healthy becomes the main goal for this year, what about you?
