Nekobukuro

I love cats and there is this place called Nekobukuro on the top floor of Tokyu Hands building in Ikebukuro where you can pay 600 yen to pet some 20 cats. Though I really love cats but I still don't think I will visit it if I am going to Ikebukoro. Would you? I wonder how a place like this can survive for the long run? Maybe it's a place for someone who is not sure if they would really enjoy a cat's company or whether they are allergic to cats or not before getting one?
