Yes, I can speak and write Chinese, and I think that's probably impacting my ability to learn Kanji correctly... I am picking the most uncommonly used Kanji from the dictionary based on what we use in Chinese in many cases. :-( Please correct me whenever you visit this website. Thanks!

厨房 is also a word for kitchen. But the most common is 台所 or キッチン. (Sorry, maybe you knew that already)

I guess not having to remember how to write the Kanji character is a big plus.
I have decided that I need to learn a complete sentence rather than just the Kanji tango. I was being lazy... I will try to do better! Thanks!!
