That's the first time to see the kanji for bikkuri.
Have you ever heard of bikkuri sushi? It's famous in Tokyo

I was just double checking to see if it is bikuri or bikkuri and then found out the kanji for it. I wonder if anyone is ever going to write bikkuri in kanji.
I have not heard of bikkuri sushi, but could it be sushi so cheap that it's scary? I have no idea what it is. Any pictures on the web?
Bikkuri sushi is a franchise of shops in Japan where the sushi is relatively cheap and good. I will take a picture of it next time I pass by one.
Cheap AND good? Maybe I should look for it next time I visit Tokyo. (Is it a franchise of 回転寿司店?)
