Dolls
Saw this 2002 movie on Sunday... All I can say is that it's strikingly different. The movie is beautifully shot with the characters having very few words of exchange. Watch it with someone and if you want to unwind and be surprised.

I went to see this movie in Tokyo with my friend. I was so excited after the movie because the colors in the movie were so beautiful and amazing, and the story was desperately sad....but my friend didn't understand it just asking me why they were together, why they did this and did that, why, why, and why...I don't know if this movie is entertaining but is shocking. I guess the director, Takeshi Kitano, wanted to challenge colors or finding new colors for his movies because he had been famous to be called "Kitano Blue."
We saw this movie on cable and were glad we did not have to pay or rent it. :-P It's kind of a strange movie and we tried to make sense out of it the whole time. But in the end, we just decided to take in all the nice filming and scenery of the movie.
