Saw this movie tonight. This is such a strange, interesting yet beautifully filmed movie. Check it out if you can. Watch it on big screen. I like the actress a lot after this movie. She is very likable despite her non-stop smoking character...
This was dinner tonight...
Steam the brocolli and then drain it
Chop up some greens and stir fry it with a little garlic, oil and a pinch of salt
Stir-fry beef with onion, mushroom and little chopped garlic with a little ponzu
Add hikiwari natto in the middle and top all of these over a bowl of steaming hot rice!

「地球の最後のふたり」は良い映画ですよね。僕も見ました。DVDを出る時、DVDも買った。大好き。
和食の中に、僕はたぶんヒジキと納豆だけ食べられません。タニアさん、納豆を食べられますよね。僕ならとても苦手です。
だから、毎回、日本人友だちに「納豆ダメ！」と言ったら、彼らは必ず「納豆を食べたら、日本語もっと上手になるぞ！」と答える ;-)

Yes, this movie is really, really good. We are re-watching some of the parts again. We recently got a 40-movie Blockbuster card so that's how we found out this movie. Please recommend other good movies you know of.
My whole family love natto! Toro with natto and green onion and sushi rice / or plain rice wrap with nori is very good! If you want to learn to like it, definitely start with the hiki natto and your choice of sashimi with lot of rice and make a temaki. That way you can tell your Japnese friends, "Natto? Ii, yo!" :-) For me it's "大好き!".
