I was in a business conference last month and with all the budget cuts going on, no lunches were served, no high-tech gadgets were given away. All we got are these squeezables when we provide feedback on the conference or evaluation on the presentations.
This character, Dilbert's boss, is confusing to a 1.5 year old kid. I asked my daughter where are the man's eyes, nose, mouth, hands, and feet and she was able to answer all. Then I asked her where's the man's hair and she got very confused. Because with Mickey Mouse, she knows the black parts on top of the head are ears... but with this man, she can see some small ears... but he also has black parts sticking up on the head... So I asked him where the man's ears are and she pointed to the ears... then I asked her about the hair again ... and with lot of doubt, she pinched the black part (the hair)... Before I can even tell her she's right, she threw the character on the ground and step on it before walking away. HAHAhaHahA!! I could not stop laughing and thought that was TOO FUNNY!

Kids at her age are not supposed to watch TV according to some experts and research ... but I don't see why not. They definitely learn many things quickly from watching TV. Her favorites are the Backyardigans and a Harry Potter movie which was on TV the other day.
Above are the characters in Backyardigans which I can't remember the names. The show is really great for kids as it has a completely different story line and background every time with new songs and fun dancing for kids to follow. My daughter is fully engaged for the whole 30-minute of the show and would say "More, more" when it finishes. And the good thing is I can have a full 30-min to myself if I chose not to watch it with her!!

バギー
This is definitely one of the best toys loved by kids. We pushed our daughter to the park on this buggy and within seconds she got off of it, kids in the park all came over and wanted to ride on it. It was amusing to see even a 7-year old wanted to try to fit in it and the mom had to literally unglue him from it.
We were actually at the park to fly a kite...
an air-filled (inflated) kite that was very easy to fly ... It really doesn't take much to have a fun weekend.
